"Overall a good agency, I just think they just need to do their job a little bit better and pay attention to customers. I cancelled my policy because I moved and I called them to send me a refund to my new address that I provided to them, I called twice to make sure they don't do a mistake, and they assured me that will happen and I will receive and email. None of that was true, they sent the refund to my old address. If it was not the forwarding service took effect or I would not get my refund. I think they should have better control on their business and pay attention to such matters."
